Gaza-Israel ceasefire

A ceasefire was agreed at around 19:00 on November 21, 2012 over the Israel-Gaza violence but with the upgraded status of the Palestinians to a "non-member observer state" during the United Nations General Assembly on November 29, 2012, Israel is not taking it lightly.

According to BBC News Middle East, "Israel angrily condemned the Palestinian move as a "gross violation" of previous agreements."

As a response somehow, Israel wants to build new settlements in East Jerusalem and West Bank. Palestinians strongly oppose the plans.

What will happen to the agreed ceasefire now that there are new conflicts?
